Service Call: $75 within a 30 mile radius (30+ miles at an additional charge of $2.50 per mile)
Diagnosis + 1st hour of service: $150/hour All additional hours billed at $150/hour
*We do work with most manufacturers & insurance companies for warranty/insurance claims. Due to the amount of time and paperwork required, we bill at $185/hour for these jobs.
Maintenance.
Winterize: $225 Blowing out water lines, draining water heater, fill system with antifreeze. (ice makers & washers additional charge)
De-Winterize: $225 Purging water system and restoring fluid levels. Check plumbing for leaks.
Summer Prep Package: $225 A/C Cleaning & inspection (Up to 2 units) Additional units $75 per unit.
Winter Prep Package: $225 Furnace inspection & cleaning. Propane leak & operation test.
